Turning interview anxiety into preparation (without toxic hustle)

Anxiety spikes when your brain predicts failure without a plan. A plan can be as simple as: three stories, three technical topics, three questions for the company.
Short, frequent practice sessions beat rare marathons. Use setup for twenty focused minutes instead of one exhausting hour once a month.
End each session with one sentence: “Next time I will fix ___.” That closes the loop so anxiety does not free-float.
Store those sentences beside sessions in the dashboard so progress becomes visible.
