These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Talvior("we", "us", or "our"), including our website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Talvior provides AI-assisted mock interviews and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation are shown at checkout and in your customer portal. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization
• Using the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without our written consent
• Automated scraping or excessive load that degrades the Service for others

5. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and underlying software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business interview preparation, not to extract our models or datasets.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Mock interviews are practice tools and do not guarantee employment outcomes. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
