This Privacy Policy describes how Talvior("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data: such as name, email, and authentication details you provide when you register or sign in.
• Session content: text and audio you exchange during mock interviews, plus configuration you choose (role, difficulty, job description snippets, etc.).
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data: basic logs and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Connection diagnostics (signed-in accounts): when you authenticate, we may record a security log including approximate IP address, browser user agent, accept-language, referer, forwarded-for chain (when provided by your network or our edge), host/origin, optional Client Hints such as sec-ch-ua/ platform / mobile, HTTP method, and request path. For routine API traffic we refresh a short "last seen" profile on your account (similar fields, throttled) so we can investigate abuse and understand product usage without logging every single keystroke.
• HTTP request traces (API): each call to our API may be logged with method, path, response status, duration, client IP, user agent, and related headers-whether you are signed in or browsing as a guest. For guests, the browser may send an optional x-anonymous-id header (the same identifier used for free trial limits) so we can correlate traffic without an account.

2. Sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with data brokers. We use service providers (for example hosting, email, payments, and AI inference) strictly to run the Service under appropriate agreements-not for independent marketing of your identity.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve mock interviews and debriefs
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
• Process payments and communicate about your account or the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Service providers

We rely on subprocessors such as hosting providers, OpenAI or similar model APIs for interview dialogue, and Stripe for payments. They process data only as needed to deliver their part of the Service.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your choices

You may access or update certain account information in the product. You may request deletion of your account or data subject to legal and operational retention requirements by contacting us.

7. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate, your information may be transferred and processed across borders with appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date above.
